Our Trailblazer™ Wireless locating solution is configured on the IEEE 802.15.4 standard which means that it is highly cost effective and can be implemented quickly and easily.
It offers an unlimited capability to expand to any size facility and can even be utilised in outdoor areas. The entire system is capable of running completely on long-life battery power. It also runs independently to your existing network, meaning there is no disruption to your operations nor reduction to your available bandwidth as would occur with a Wi-Fi (802.11) locating solution.

OPEN CUT MINE OPERATIONS
A Trailblazer™ GPS tracking solution enables you to identify the location of employees and equipment in an open cut mine environment.
You can choose to have our Trailblazer™ GPS position reporting software integrated into a mobile phone (depending upon its operating system and its inclusion of a GPS receiver). This combines the convenience of phone and tracking functionality into a single device. Phone calls can be limited to business-only use by restricting out-calls to an approved list of telephone numbers. In this way, you are able to identify the location of your mine workers, whilst providing the convenience of a mobile phone. Expenses are contained to those relevant to your operations and costs are controlled.
Alternatively, your mine workers can be equipped with a Trailblazer™ GPS Personal Tracker which will identify their location when they are working in the field. Their safety is also improved by the inclusion of a panic button that will automatically make contact with a pre-determined phone number if triggered. Back-up or assistance can then be deployed immediately, aided by having real time information about the location of your nearest staff.
